First, you should check out our growing list of integrations, providing instructions to integrate quickly and easily.
If you don't see your campaign tool or other software that you want to integrate, ask our Live Chat team. They will either know the answer or will check in with other team members to see if we are working on that integration or a similar one.
If you can connect an email service of your choice through an API, you can probably use us. And if you can enter the SMTP settings of the service of your choice, it's likely you can use us too.

You can have 15 subaccounts per master account.

At Pepipost you can opt for dedicated IP address for your email delivery at an additional monthly cost of $20 per month.
In order to subscribe for a dedicated IP address, you need to login to your account and go to Billing --> Dedicated IP Address. Fill out the form to request a dedicated IP.
Once the request is submitted, it will be reviewed by our compliance team and they will send you a link for making the payment.
Note 1: We recommend using dedicated IP address only if your volume is more than 10K per day.
Note 2: If Subaccount requires a dedicated IP for their account to send emails, they can simply put in a request to Master offline as only the Master account has authority to request for dedicated IPs.
You can only get a credit if you are paying for your account.
If you are in one of our payment plans, the credit back will be automatically deducted from your bill the following month. We simply add up your opened emails, and credit you back for each email based on the rates you paid for them.
Simply login to your account on the Pepipost app, and go to Billing. You can change your plan at any time, but it will not go into effect until the following month. Once you select the plan you would like to switch over to, just follow the prompts!
